When is packet pickup?

Packet pickup is the Friday before race day, 2–7pm, at the start/finish area in Silverpine, Colorado. Bring photo ID — your bib, timing chip and shirt are in one bag. There's a race-morning window from 4:00 to 5:00am if you're travelling in late.

Where do crews park at High Meadow?

Crews park in the gravel lot 0.4 miles below High Meadow (mile 26.4) — about 40 spaces, first come. One vehicle per runner, with the crew pass from your packet on the dash. There's no crew access at Beaver Ponds.

Can I transfer my bib?

Yes — transfers are open until 30 days before race day. Your spot moves to another runner through Trailmark: they pay the entry fee, and you're refunded minus a $15 transfer fee. On lottery distances the new runner comes from the waitlist.

What's the refund policy?

Withdraw 60 or more days out and you get 75% back — $124 on your 50K entry. 30–59 days out it's 50%. Inside 30 days there's no refund, but you can still transfer your bib.

What are the cutoffs?

50 Mile: 15 hours, 50K: 10 hours. On the 50 Mile, High Meadow closes 7h 31m into the race.

Can I defer my entry to next year?

Deferrals are the race team's call — the Silverpine 50 allows them for injury or illness, decided case by case. I'll pass this to the race team with your entry details, so you won't have to repeat yourself.
