1. Hi Sam — I answer from the Switchback 100 race guide and your registration. Anything I can't answer goes straight to the race team.
2. When is packet pickup?
3. Packet pickup is the Friday before race day, 2–7pm, at the start/finish area in Silverpine, Colorado. Bring photo ID — your bib, timing chip and shirt are in one bag. There's a race-morning window from 4:00 to 5:00am if you're travelling in late.

4. What are the cutoffs?
5. 100 Mile: 32 hours, 100K: 22 hours, 50K: 11 hours. On the 100 Mile, Marten Pass closes 17h 25m into the race.

6. Can I defer my entry to next year?
7. Deferrals are the race team's call — the Switchback 100 allows them for injury or illness, decided case by case. I'll pass this to the race team with your entry details, so you won't have to repeat yourself.

8. What's the refund policy?
9. Withdraw 60 or more days out and you get 75% back — $206 on your 100K entry. 30–59 days out it's 50%. Inside 30 days there's no refund, but you can still transfer your bib.

10. Where do crews park at Marten Pass?
11. Crews park in the gravel lot 0.4 miles below Marten Pass (mile 57.3) — about 40 spaces, first come. One vehicle per runner, with the crew pass from your packet on the dash. There's no crew access at Silverpine Lake.
